During setup, Blogging AI researches your business and identifies content opportunities based on:
Products and services
Target locations
Relevant search phrases
Estimated monthly search volume
Keyword difficulty
Search intent
Related topic opportunities
It then organizes related keywords into Content Categories.
For example, a motorsports business might see:
Endurance Racing
GT and Circuit Racing
Driver Development
Motorsport Content and Fan Access
Each category may include the following information:

Estimated Monthly Searches | Approximate search demand for related keywords. |
Keyword Difficulty | Estimated competition for the keyword. |

2. Select Your Content Categories
During the initial setup:
Review the suggested content categories.
Select the categories most relevant to your business.
Choose at least the recommended number of categories.
Continue to review your generated article title ideas.
Add More Content Categories
Click Add more categories to discover additional topic opportunities.
Important: Regenerate your content strategy only when you've made significant changes to your products, services, or target locations.
Regenerating your strategy may affect unpublished items in your article Queue.
3. Review Your Article Title Ideas
After selecting your content categories, Blogging AI generates multiple article title suggestions.
Titles are organized by category to maintain a balanced content strategy.
You can review these suggestions and remove any titles you don't want before activating your Blogging AI setup.
The remaining titles become part of your article Queue.
4. Manage Your Blogging AI Queue
Navigate to: Blogging AI → Queue
The Queue contains upcoming article ideas organized into Content Clusters. Each title includes the associated keyword or search phrase.
Available Queue Actions
Action | Description |
Review Titles | View upcoming article ideas. |
Select Titles | Choose which titles to generate. |
Reorder Titles | Change the order within a content cluster. |
Generate More Titles | Create additional article suggestions. |
To add more article ideas, click Generate more titles.
What Are Content Clusters?
Content clusters organize related article topics around broader subjects.
This helps Blogging AI maintain a structured content plan instead of generating unrelated articles.
