Blogging AI provides two automation modes, allowing you to decide whether articles should be published automatically or reviewed before publication.
1. Choose Your Automation Mode
Navigate to:
Blogging AI → Settings → Automation Preference
You'll see two available options.
Fully Autonomous
In this mode, Blogging AI manages the content creation workflow automatically.
It can:
Select topics from your content plan.
Research relevant keywords.
Generate article outlines and content.
Create images.
Prepare SEO information.
Schedule articles for publishing.
Publish articles automatically when a supported CMS is connected.
Recommended for: Businesses that want to maintain a consistent blogging schedule with minimal manual involvement.
Let Me Review
This mode gives you control over the content before it goes live.
Here's how it works:
Review upcoming article titles in your Queue.
Approve the titles you want Blogging AI to generate.
Blogging AI creates the articles.
Completed articles appear as Needs Approval.
Review, edit, or regenerate the articles.
Click Approve & Schedule when you're satisfied.
Recommended for: Businesses that prefer reviewing their content before publication.
Automation Mode Comparison
Feature | Fully Autonomous | Let Me Review |
Keyword Research | Automatic | Automatic |
Article Generation | Automatic | After title approval |
Image Generation | Automatic | Automatic |
Article Approval | Not required | Required |
Scheduling | Automatic | After approval |
CMS Publishing | Automatic when connected | After approval |
Note: Automatic publishing requires a supported CMS connection.
2. Configure Your Posting Frequency
Navigate to:
Blogging AI → Settings → Select Your Preferences → Posting Frequency
Choose how many articles Blogging AI should publish each week.
Available options range from 1 to 7 articles per week.
For many businesses, three articles per week can be a balanced starting point.
3. Configure Your Posting Schedule
The Posting Schedule determines how frequently Blogging AI prepares new content batches for your calendar.
This is different from the number of articles published each week.
4. Configure Your Publishing Times
Publishing Times controls when your scheduled articles are intended to go live.
You can adjust these settings anytime from Select Your Preferences.
Understanding the Difference
Setting | What It Controls |
Posting Frequency | How many articles are published each week. |
Posting Schedule | How often new batches of content are generated. |
Publishing Times | When articles are scheduled to be published. |
5. Pause or Resume Blogging AI
When Blogging AI is paused, new automated content generation stops. You can resume the automation whenever you're ready.
The dashboard displays Active when the automation is enabled.
Important Notes
Fully Autonomous mode requires a CMS connection for automatic publishing.
Let Me Review mode requires article approval before scheduling.
You can change your automation preferences anytime.
Without a connected CMS, generated articles can still be published manually.
