Reviews Collection Automation helps you request reviews from customers automatically after key events like purchases, bookings, or completed services.

Connect your business tools, set your preferences, and let the system handle the entire process — from sending requests to follow-ups.


What Is Reviews Collection Automation?

Reviews Collection Automation is a feature inside Reviews that:

  • Detects real customer actions (triggers) from your connected tools

  • Automatically sends review requests via email (SMS coming soon)

  • Follows up intelligently if the customer doesn’t respond

  • Stops once the customer shows intent or responds

When activated:

  • Customers are automatically added to review campaigns

  • AI generates personalized outreach messages

  • Messages are sent based on your configured timing and rules

  • You can track everything in real-time


How It Works

When activated:

  1. A trigger event occurs (payment, booking, job completion, etc.)

  2. The customer is automatically added to a review campaign

  3. A review request is scheduled and sent

  4. Follow-ups are sent if needed

  5. The process stops when the customer responds or shows intent

Deactivating Reviews Collection Automation

To deactivate:

  1. Go to Reviews → Collect

  2. Disable the automation

  3. Confirm

How quickly are review requests sent after a trigger?
Based on your settings. It can be immediate or delayed (e.g., after 1 hour or 1 day).


Can I control how many follow-ups are sent?
Yes, you can define the number of outreach attempts and delay between each.


Can I track if a customer left a review?
We track review intent (clicks), as external platforms do not provide full confirmation.


Can customers enter the campaign multiple times?
By default, no. This can be configurable via re-entry settings.


Do I need to manually send review requests?
No. Once set up, everything runs automatically.


What happens if a message fails to deliver?
You are not charged. Credits are only used for successful deliveries.


Can I remove a contact from a campaign?
Yes, removing a contact will stop all future messages.


Do I need to monitor this daily?
No. It is designed to run automatically in the background.
