What Is Reviews AI?
Reviews Manager brings all your online reviews into one place and uses AI to craft personalized responses. It currently supports:
Google Business Profile

Zillow

When activated:
Reviews from all connected platforms are synced into one dashboard.
AI generates personalized responses based on your brand voice.
Responses are published automatically or queued for your approval.
Negative reviews are handled with configurable CTAs (email, phone, or visit).
Analytics track your review performance across all platforms.
Dashboard Overview
Reviews Manager has two main tabs:

Reviews Tab
The Reviews tab displays every review from all connected platforms.
Each review card shows:

AI-Generated Response | Suggested reply (editable before sending) |

Status Definitions

You can filter reviews by:
Status (All, Replied, Awaiting Reply, Response Ready)

Search by keyword or reviewer name
Bulk Actions
Generate All: AI generates responses for all reviews that don't have one yet.
Publish All: Send all AI-generated responses at once (for "Let Me Review" mode).
Analytics Tab
Track how your reviews and responses are performing.

Access settings by clicking the gear icon in the header.
Reviews Manager has five settings panels:

Negative Review CTA
Choose what to include when AI responds to negative reviews:

To connect a platform
Open Settings β Connect Review Platforms
Click the platform you want to connect
Follow the platform-specific setup instructions
Once connected, reviews begin syncing automatically
To disconnect, click the platform card and select Disconnect.
Content Training
Teach AI how to respond in your brand's voice.
Provide notes about your brand tone, style, and key messaging.
AI uses these notes to personalize every response.
Update at any time from Settings β Content Training.
How It Works
When activated:
Reviews from all connected platforms are synced into your dashboard.
AI analyzes each review and generates a personalized response.
In Fully Autonomous mode, responses are published on your chosen schedule.
In Let Me Review mode, responses are queued for your approval.
Analytics begin tracking across all platforms.

Manual replies you write yourself do not cost credits.
Deactivating Reviews Manager
To deactivate:
Click the Active status badge in the header
Select Deactivate

What Happens After Deactivation

AI Responses Stop | No new responses are generated or sent |
Existing Replies Remain | Published replies stay on the platforms |
Reviews Stop Syncing | New reviews are no longer imported |
Billing Stops | No further credit charges |
Reactivation resumes syncing and AI responses.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long until reviews appear after connecting?
Reviews typically begin syncing within minutes. A full historical import may take longer depending on the number of reviews.
Can I edit AI-generated responses before sending?
Yes.
In Let Me Review mode, every response is editable before you publish it.
In Fully Autonomous mode, you can still view and edit responses in the Reviews tab.
What does "Response Ready" mean?
AI has generated a response that is waiting for your review and approval before being published.
Will deactivating delete my published replies?
No. Replies already published to platforms remain unaffected.
How does AI handle negative reviews?
AI crafts an empathetic response and includes your configured CTA (email, phone, or visit), directing the reviewer to contact you privately.
Can I respond to reviews manually?
Yes. The reply box on every review card lets you write and send a custom response at any time.
