What Is Listings Manager?
Listings Manager syncs your business details across 70+ directories (U.S.) including Google, Yelp, Bing, Apple Maps, and many more.
When activated:
Your business information is distributed across supported publishers.
Changes you make are pushed everywhere automatically.
Inaccurate data is corrected.
Duplicate listings are suppressed.
Performance data is tracked in one place.
Dashboard Overview
Listings Manager has three main tabs:

Listings Tab
The Listings tab shows every supported publisher for your country.
Each listing card displays:
Element | Description |
Publisher Name & Logo | Example: Google, Yelp, Bing |
Status Indicator | Live, Processing, or Needs Attention |
External Link | View the live listing directly (when available) |
Status Definitions
Status | Meaning |
🟢 Live | Listing is active and visible |
🔵 Processing | Being created or updated |
🟠 Needs Attention | Requires action or review |
You can filter by status using the summary cards at the top of the page.
Profile Tab
The Profile tab is your single source of truth.
Everything entered here syncs to all connected directories.

Publishing Changes
Edit any field.
Click Publish All Changes.
Updates are pushed to all connected directories.
Unsaved changes trigger a confirmation warning if you try to leave.
Profile Score
Your Profile Score (out of 100) measures completeness.

Deactivating Listings Manager
To deactivate:
Click the Active status in the header.
Select Deactivate.
Confirm.

What does “Needs Attention” mean?
There’s an issue requiring review or additional information.
Will deactivation delete my original listings?
No. Only listings created/synced through Listings Manager are affected.
