How ClickGrow Billing Works


ClickGrow uses a simple credit-based system. You get a set number of credits each month, and those credits power AI features like post creation, image generation, and automations.


Your Free Trial

When you sign up, you get a 7-day free trial.

What you get:

  • 3,000 AI credits

  • Full access to all features

  • No restrictions

  • Cancel anytime from your dashboard

If you don’t cancel within 7 days, your account automatically upgrades to a paid plan.

ClickGrow now offers two main experiences:

ClickGrow Pro

Best for individuals and small businesses.

ClickGrow Concierge

Designed for businesses that want a more guided, hands-on experience.

Includes everything in Pro, plus:

What Do Credits Power?

Credits are used for AI-powered features like:

  • Creating social media posts

  • Generating images & videos

  • Website scans

  • Running automations

  • Business analysis & reporting


Do Unused Credits Roll Over?

Yes.

  • Unused credits roll over to the next month

  • Valid for 1 additional month

  • Trial credits do not roll over


Where to Check Credits

Go to:

Settings → Billing

You’ll see:

  • Current credit balance

  • Plan details

  • Next reset date


Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade:

  • Go to Settings → Billing

  • Select a higher plan

  • Confirm upgrade

What happens:

  • Credits are added immediately

  • You pay only the prorated difference

  • New plan starts instantly


Downgrading Your Plan

To downgrade:

  • Go to Settings → Billing

  • Select a lower plan

  • Confirm

What happens:

  • Current plan continues till billing end

  • New plan starts next cycle


What Happens If Credits Run Out?

  • Automations pause

  • AI features stop

  • No new content can be generated

Options:

  • Wait for next billing cycle

  • Upgrade to get more credits

Your data and posts remain safe.


Payment Failures

If payment fails:

  • Account is marked past due

  • You’ll get an email to update payment

  • Grace period is provided

If unresolved, subscription may be canceled.


What Happens If You Cancel?

  • Access continues till billing period ends

  • Features stop after that

  • Your data remains محفوظ in your account

  • You can resubscribe anytime
