ClickGrow's social media automation takes the stress out of content creation by automatically generating and scheduling posts for your business. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to get started.
How It Works
Our AI-powered system creates fresh social media content for your business every week. Here's the simple process:
Automatic Content Creation - New posts appear every Sunday for the upcoming week. No manual creation needed.
Review or Auto-Publish - Depending on your settings, posts can be published automatically or wait for your approval first.
Smart Scheduling - Posts are scheduled at optimal times for maximum engagement.
Step 1: Access Your Social Calendar
Navigate to your business and click on Social Calendar to view and manage all your scheduled posts. This is your command center for social media automation.
Step 2: Connect Your Social Accounts
Before posts can be published, you need to connect your social media accounts:
Click the Settings button in the calendar header
Select Connect Social Accounts
Choose the platforms you want to connect (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or Google Business)
Follow the prompts to authorize each account
Tip: Posts won't publish until at least one account is connected. You can connect multiple platforms and posts will be shared across all of them.
Step 3: Enable Automation
Once your accounts are connected, you need to turn on automation:
Look for the status indicator in the calendar header (it will show Inactive with a red dot if automation is off)
Click on the status indicator
Toggle the Enable Automation switch to ON
The status will change to Active with a green dot
When you first try to generate posts with automation disabled, you'll see a prompt to enable it with a single click.
Step 4: Choose Your Automation Mode
You have two options for how posts get published:
Fully Autonomous
Posts are created and published automatically
Perfect if you trust the AI and want a completely hands-off experience
Let Me Review First (Default)
Posts are created automatically but wait for your approval before publishing
Tap any post and click Approve to schedule it for publishing
